The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is an entrance examination for engineering, medical and agricultural courses offered by universities in Telangana. The exam is conducted every year by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE. The TS EAMCET 2021 results have been released today i.e. May 28, 2021. A total of 1,24,060 candidates had appeared for the exam out of which 80,620 have qualified.

The TS EAMCET 2021 results have been announced and the toppers list is available here. The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is a state-level entrance exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE. A total of 1,50,726 candidates had appeared for TS EAMCET 2021 out of which 58,619 qualified the exam.

Gopala Krishna Dakavaram from Kagaznagar topped the TS EAMCET engineering stream with 99.56 percentile while in the agriculture stream, Srikanth Reddy Nerella from Jagtial secured the first rank with 99.40 percentile. In the medical stream, Pothuraju Sree Lakshmi Narayana from Siddipet topped the exam with 99.73 percentile.

The qualifying marks for TS EAMCET 2021 are 25% for general category candidates and no minimum marks are required for SC/ST candidates. Candidates who have qualified the exam will be eligible to participate in the counselling process for admission into various engineering, agriculture and medical colleges in Telangana state.

Pass percentage

The TS EAMCET results have been released and the toppers list has also been released. The pass percentage for this year’s exam is 98.78%. A total of 1,17,139 students had appeared for the exam out of which 1,14,493 students have passed the exam.

The next step after the release of TS EAMCET results is to start preparing for Counselling. Candidates who have qualified in the exam will be able to participate in the counselling process. The counselling process will be conducted by Osmania University on behalf of TSCHE.

Counselling schedule has not been announced yet. It is expected that the counselling process will commence from the first week of June 2019. Candidates who have qualified in TS EAMCET will be allotted engineering colleges based on their merit and preference of colleges during the counselling process.

Colleges accepting TS EAMCET scores

The TS EAMCET results were released on May 14 and the toppers list is available here. The exam was conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) from May 2-7.

A total of 1,26,370 candidates had registered for the engineering stream of the exam and 1,14,503 appeared for it. For agriculture and medical streams, a total of 50,871 candidates had registered and 47,204 appeared for the exam.

As many as 3,500 engineering colleges in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh accept TS EAMCET scores for admission into various undergraduate courses. Admission into engineering, agriculture and medical courses will be done based on merit in TS EAMCET 2020.

Candidates who have qualified in TS EAMCET 2020 can participate in the counselling process which will be conducted by Osmania University on behalf of TSCHE. The counselling process is expected to start from the last week of May or first week of June.
