The policy track will focus on the impact of the dominant copyright regime on the Global South and the alternatives emerging. The discussion topics will include, but will not be limited to:

Free Software and e-Governance

Governments around the world are adopting Free Software. Sharing of these experiences particularly from global south will help in benefiting more from Free Software. This track will feature FOSS initiatives in Governments around the world.
